I am MinJae Choi, an undergraduate at KAIST majoring in Computer Science and AI Systems, minoring in Mathematics. I work on Efficient ML for foundation models — quantization, efficient deployment, and inference kernels — as a researcher at the Flexible Machine Learning Lab.

Aug 15, 2026 🏆 ZipJiGi (with Yelim Lee) won the Excellence Award (KT Award), Top 1.33%, at the 2026 KB Financial AI Challenge hosted by KB Kookmin Bank.
Jul 01, 2026 Started an industrial project with Samsung Electronics’ Device Solution Division on trillion-scale language model quantization.
Jun 01, 2026 Started undergraduate research at the Flexible Machine Learning Lab, KAIST — advised by Prof. Insu Han, co-advised by Prof. Sukmin Yun, in collaboration with Hanyang Univ. ERICA.
May 16, 2026 Completed the NPU Design 2026 Beginner Course at the KAIST PIM Semiconductor Design Research Center.
Apr 01, 2026 Started LoRA adapter development for the Nemotron 3 30B model (with Jiseok Son and Seungsu Lee) for the 2026 NVIDIA Nemotron3 Reasoning Challenge.
